Hi everyone!! Just got back from Aspen yesterday, and now am trying to force myself to work....obviously that's not going well and I'd rather blog instead :)
The rest of the week was awesome - we had so much fun. Hiking, Fly fishing, eating, drinking, shopping, etc. it was a great vacation...and I managed to get my brother hooked on Top Chef also (thanks Bravo for running that marathon!) so now i have a fellow fan in the house.
Flying to Phoenix on Sunday night...i'm sure it will be relatively uneventful, thankfully.
As for the previous post and my question about Katy's ticket - i must not have explained myself well...oops!! she didn't end up buying a R/T ticket, it was still a 1-way, but it was a 1-way from Aspen to Denver, and then from Denver to San Antonio. so it still wasn't a symmetrical ticket, and it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying JUST an Aspen-Denver ticket....just very bizarre and strange, overall!!
Hmm - not much else goign on. Have a work dinner tonight that Cara & Jackie helped plan, so they assure me it will be fun. Then me & Catherine are going camping tomorrow with her dog Otto (leaving her hubby at home). I'll let you all know how that goes :)
that's it - more travel updates next week. i'm going to try not to check a bag to PHX, since we all know how i feel about their apalling baggage claim......
